Blurry Motion

This would be the last photograph in my motion photography assignment. This is a photograph of a manatee and a rather small school of fish swimming in the manatee exhibit at the Columbus Zoo & Aquarium. The manatee is the subject of the photo, and since he is in focus and the rest of the background is a tad bit blurry, he is the subject of my blurry motion photo. I like how in this photo, the manatee is of a deeper, darker color compared to the fish, who are bright yellow in color. This photograph has been brighten and the contrast has been adjusted to make the color really pop. Enjoy! :)

Frozen Motion

This photograph would be of frozen motion. In the photograph Mr. Peters is welding a small peice of metal from a larger piece, creating the sparks (subject matter). The sparks fly off the metal, creatingthe motion of the subject. Mr. Peter is being kept busy, although you cannot see him, making the photo more interesting. I simply am in love with color of this photograph, and after making a copy of it in black and white, I decided that the photo was more interesting in color. The color photograph also suited the subject & assignment better in my opinion. Enjoy! :)

Subject Blurry Motion

This is a motion photograph. It's would be a picture of a bird I saw while visiting the Colbus Zoo & Aquarium. The subject of the photo (the bird) is blurry; the bird, who we'll call Bob is the subject of my blurry subject photo, while the background of the photograph is clear and easy to make out. I like this photograph simply because the subject is being kept busy, making it more interesting. One puzzling thng however, is that this photo has remained un-edited, yet the background appears to be lacking color? rather odd. Enjoy! :)
